Price: Only Service Charge. All Service & Installation Charge; In case of VAT / TAX / any other Govt Charge will be bear by Customer.
Service Booking: Customer requires to place order 4 hours prior to requirement. DFCL need 4 hours from the time of place order to place and assign Service Provider. In case of Order Cancellation, please cancel / inform DFCL 2 hours prior to your schedule. Customer needs to call only this number 0961382800 for Booking, Cancellation and other query; this is our Hotline Number 24/7.
Exclusion Charge: Sometime DFCL Service Provider (SP) face; Customer don’t want to do Appointed Task (due to other Schedule / Time clash / different reason); in that case Customer will have to pay 200 Taka as SP Convenience.
Hanging Work: Most of case AC Outdoor is in outside part of the building (not in the Balcony), in that case Customer will have to bear 300 Taka as Hanging Charge.
Payment: After Service Completion- You Can Pay through Cash Or online Payment. After Payment Please Make Sure, You Have Received SMS “DFCL Bill” Containing the Money Receipt.
Others Service: In case of Spare Parts (If needed) requirement; Customer can arrange by own or can take help from DFCL SP for That Service. In that case DFCL will not be liable for Guarantee or Warrantee for that parts.
Liability: Though Service Provider background cross checked by DFCL Authority; Considering your own “Safety and Security“, DFCL request you to keep close eye on them and be present in front of them while working.
Warranty: 15 Days Service Warranty is given by DFCL.
